    Hi everyone! Just wanted to pop in and let everyone know things are going well. We are now only 4 monts until the wedding! CRAZY!!! Ms. Sheryl came into town over the weekend and threw me a little shower! It was so nice Catherine and Wendy came too and we had a nice little lunch. I got some really neeto kitchen stuff and some cupcakes(yall are too sweet). Talk to y'all soon!

    Hi Everyone!

    Things for the wedding are coming along so nicely! Besides the discovery of the AHA Convention, not one major hiccup yet. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who booked their room at the Creole Gardens. We still have a few rooms left if anyone is still interested. Josh and I went by there last weekend with Mom and Allen and oh my goodness it is so awesome. Very cool, laidback and fun atmosphere. Well, I look forward to seeing all of you soon!

    Another reason that we all need to "act soon" and get reservations NOW for November is because one of the country's largest conventions will be coming in to New Orleans over Sara's wedding dates, and the American Heart Association takes over 15,000 rooms in one night in any city they go into. (this is what I do for a living, and I can tell you there won't be a room for anyone who waits too long ...)

  • We found a GREAT Bed and Breakfast

    Thanks to Mom who has been working super hard trying to find a awesome place for all of us to stay for the wedding, we have a ONE WEEK hold on 22 rooms at the Creole Gardens B&B. This is where Josh and I will be staying for the whole weekend (Thursday through Saturday nights) and we would love for our friends and family to stay there too. Here is the link to the website.     I just found out today that the same weekend as our wedding a HUGE national convention will be in New Orleans as well. This means that hotel rooms in New Orleans and the surounding areas are VERY LIMITED. I have been working hard to find the least expensive and best room blocks for all of you. Please make sure you book your room as soon as possible as the cost will only go up. Please check the New Orleans Info page for more info.
